This high-speed lubricating grease is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of various industrial applications. This Kluberspeed BF 72-22 is especially well suited for applications like spindles in milling, drilling, grinding machines and lathes which operate at very high speeds and temperatures. This grease has recorded at speed factors of 2 million.
Kluberspeed BF 72-22 provides excellent resistance to water and its anticorrosive effect protects bearings against failing prematurely, minimising maintenance costs and prolonging service life.
This grease can handle wide ranging temperature conditions, from -50°C to 120°C (-58°F to 248°F). This makes it ideal for applications exposed to high and low temperatures.
It is compatible with a wide range of high-speed bearing applications, such as spindles, power tools, electric motors, and CNC machines. It is also used in precision gears in milling machines and electro-mechanical valve actuators.
