The BTW180 CM/SP bearing is made up of two separable Single Row Angular Contact Thrust Ball Bearings with a 60° contact angle in a back-to-back arrangement. Configured in this way, and with the large number of balls the bearings contain, means these bearings can accommodate heavy axial loads in both directions while providing a high degree of system rigidity.
