Our Warehouse team's efficiency, making sure 98% of our orders are shipped on the same day as ordering, means we can offer next-day delivery to our UK customers, 1-3 days for our USA, Canadian and European customers, and 2-4 days for rest of the world. We ensure the safety of your orders by securely packing them in our 100% recyclable, heavy-duty boxes, which are shipped with our trusted delivery partners, DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

With over 75 years of combined experience, our team is full of technical knowledge to help in any way we can. We have won multiple awards over the past 10 years of trading, proving the quality of its standards. QBOL most recently won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the second year running. We work consistently hard to make sure our customers are happy with the services they receive from us, and this award was a tremendous recognition of our efforts. Our proudest achievement is winning the Queen's Award for Enterprise for International Trade 2022. Our team was thrilled to receive royal recognition and was officially presented with this award by the Lord Lieutenant of West Yorkshire.

We ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and are genuine. The bearing industry is surprisingly full of counterfeits and fakes, which can cause damage to both machines and consumers. To avoid this problem, we work with distributors authorised by manufacturers to source our stock, allowing us to offer full traceability of our parts. Upon request, we can happily provide our customers with certificates of conformity and analysis to verify they are receiving genuine, original products. We also advise customers to use authenticator apps if they need clarification on the genuineness of a product (see our blog regarding counterfeits).
