Nitrile rubber can be used in applications with oil or grease lubrication in temperatures ranging from -40oC to 100oC (-40oF to 210oF), or up to 120oC (250oF) for short periods of time. This nitrile rubber has greatly extended service life compared to standard NBR and high-performance NBR compounds, reducing the need for maintenance and replacement.
HMSA10 seals like the 50X68X7 HMSA10RG offer improved sealing performance through features like an optimized rubber outside diameter and spring-loaded sealing lips. These elements ensure effective sealing even in challenging conditions, such as considerable surface roughness or split housings.
