Having been an established business for 10 years, we have experienced great highs and lows, but the growth and success we have experienced as a business would not have been possible without our trusted customers and partners. We have become the multi-award-winning company we are today due to the success we have had from serving numerous different industries and from partnering with universities and local community projects. We strive to go above and beyond to help our customers with what they need as we understand how crucial and costly it can be for them to experience machine downtime. In 2022, we wish to celebrate our anniversary with our customers and partners. We want to Thank You for your loyalty to us, utilising our brand and services. We appreciate and cherish the many business relationships we have built and look forward to building new relationships in the future. We wish to continue to be your chosen industrial supplier for bearings and engineering spares and our dedicated team will remain here for all your bearing needs.

Est. 2012We first established on the 15th February 2012. Our directors agreed upon the name “Quality Bearings Online” and wanted to create a new way for people to buy bearings. -
1st International OrderJune 26th 2012 marked the date of our very first international order. This is where our international exporting journey began and started to soar. -
Multiple Export AwardsWe have celebrated and have been recognised for our success in exporting our goods all around the world through winning 7 awards for exporting. -
QBOL TeamFrom a company which started with 2, we are now a strong, talented and driven team of 18, always on the search for new talent to expand our team.
15th February 2022
Our 10th Anniversary celebrations have begun! In February, within our office, we had a fun-filled day celebrating with those that matter most – Our QBOL Team. We kicked the morning off with Bucks Fizz and ran a quiz on QBOL’s history for the whole day. The team were treated to a plentiful food huddle with an impressive 2ft tall brownie stack. We ended the day with a company presentation in the afternoon, walking everyone through what we’ve achieved over the last 10 years. We even had some sweet messages from QBOL alumni members and ended the evening with a competitive riddle game to crack the safe for prizes!
What's Next?
We’ve experienced nothing but high growth during these last 10 years, and with that, our team has rapidly expanded. We have now outgrown our current warehouse and office, therefore, this year in Summer, we will be relocating to a brand-new office and larger warehouse where we will continue to develop and grow our team whilst offering our customers a better service and experience with our brand. Our team are very excited for this new chapter of QBOL, with many of us personally developing in our roles and learning new skills. Watch this space! We are wanting to invite keynote speakers and industry experts into our workspace to inspire and share their knowledge with us, our partners and local communities, therefore, we’ll be working towards catering for this in the future!

Sustainability is becoming a key part of QBOL’s strategy in 2022. We aim to have it embedded into the fabric of our company where we will begin to take responsibility for tackling environmental challenges.

COVID-19 has accelerated digitalisation for businesses and have changed the world, creating a new normal. We plan to digitalise core functions of our business in the following year to help us offer our customers and partners better service and to lead on the forefront of supply and distribution.

This year, we are currently putting together our very own CSR action plan to help tackle world-wide problems alongside other leading brands.
Our QBOL team have been working on this project to define and outline our CSR goals, the project is still undergoing but it will become something that we wish to share with our customers and partners once complete.
